1. March is known as the windy month. Which of the following phrases best fits your March so far…’throw caution to the wind’, ‘three sheets to the wind’, ‘run like the wind’, or ‘see which way the wind blows’?

For the most part, I like to plan but I’m also learning to go with the flow and see which way the wind blows. Yes, that even rhymes.

2. Your favorite green food? Your favorite dish made with your favorite green food?

I have many green food loves. Right now, I’d say spinach and I like to chuck handfuls of it into my soup.

3. Ever been locked out of your home-car-office-anywhere? Do tell!

I locked myself out of my car once at the college where I was teaching. Good thing my handbag was outside with me and I could call someone. My neighbor came to the rescue shortly with my spare and saved the day.

4. Yoda, Kermit, Shrek, The Wicked Witch of the West, Oscar the Grouch, The Grinch, or Mike Wasowski (Monsters Inc.)…of the green characters listed, which one’s your favorite and why?

I’d say Shrek. He looks like the kind of guy I would ask for help with a flat or if I’d locked my keys in my car.

5. “The first task of a leader is to keep hope alive.”~Joe Batten. Do you agree? Why or why not?

Absolutely agree. Then again, there are leaders and there are leaders. Hope is what keeps us alive and what keeps us going. A good leader should know that better than anyone else.

6. Share a favorite song with an emotion in its title.

‘Power of Love’ by Huey Lewis and the News.

7. What’s a road trip you’d like to take?

I’d like to go to Disneyland again. I think you all know what a big kid I am.

8. Insert your own random thought here.

It’s so refreshing to talk to someone who’s warm, friendly and forthcoming with answers to your questions.

Have a great hump day, everyone 😀 .
