1. Have you ever gotten a pet from a rescue?
2. What pumpkin goodies have you had this fall?
I was all set to make pumpkin pancakes. But I’ve been so busy I left that box of pumpkin puree sitting in the freezer for weeks. I finally used it to make pumpkin fritters for our vegetarian day last week.
3. What are the best and worst rooms in your home?
My favorite room is my kitchen which is really big, spacious and airy. My least favorite is the store room which is a huge mess right now because whatever we haven’t figured out what to do with is taking up temporary residence there.
4. If you could have a real “brick and mortar” type business, what would it be?
It would be a restaurant. I have lots of food ideas swirling around in my head. I think I would enjoy creating presentations too. When I get served food that come with barely any thoughts given to quality and presentation, I’m like, what a shame the chef doesn’t take pride in their work?!
5. What’s your favorite tropical fruit?
It’s hard to name one so I’ll go with mango, pineapple, coconut, starfruit (the one that’s shaped like a star fish on the bottom left), lychee (the little red ones in the center) and dragon fruit (the big red one on the top left which I believe belongs to the cactus family).
