1. What question do you often ask yourself?

What should I do next? Clearly I’m not someone who can sit around and twiddle my thumbs 😆 .

2. Do you grow roses? What’s your favorite color of rose? Ever been given a dozen roses? Where was the prettiest rose or rose garden you remember seeing?

Not a green thumb so I try to stay away from gardening. But I do like red roses.

3. Do you read the freshness dates on grocery store products? Will you use eggs past their ‘use by’ date? Take medication that’s expired? Buy a dented can?

I certainly would not buy a dented can. But I would give the ‘use by’ date a little leeway depending on what the item is and where it’s been stored.

4. Should athletes be role models?

Sure, anyone that’s in the public eye can be consider themselves to be role models and be smart about how they conduct themselves. Sadly oftentimes, they aren’t. Which is a shame because sports is such a great channel for inspiring kids and teens.

5. Edmund Hillary of New Zealand and Tenzing Norgay of Nepal became the first explorers to reach the top of Mt. Everest on this date (May 29) back in 1953. What’s something you hope to achieve in your lifetime?

Just to be the best mom that I can be.

6. What would you do if you had twenty acres of land and the money to develop it any way you choose?

I would design my dream house and build it there. I’d have a gaggle of maids, butlers, chauffeurs, gardeners and housekeepers to run the place. Bwahaha!

7. If I invite you to a party with a 7 PM start time, what time will I actually see you there?

A teeny bit after 7. I hate to be late but I don’t want to be the first either. What I hate even more is being kept waiting by tardy folks who have no respect for other people’s time (you know who you are).

8. Insert your own random thought here.

We had a great Memorial Day weekend traveling to San Francisco. Cool windy weather and a little retail therapy never hurt anyone. For now, I haven’t sorted through the pictures yet but will have some coming right up.

I have never been to San Francisco. Hubs has been several times for work, and it’s on my list. We are debating where to go next year to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Hubs wants something exotic, which I can be on boar with, but I’m also mulling over a California trip too.

Nobody in the HP today likes to be late : )

Oh, the dream home with everyone running it sounds kind of nice too! I was in SF once a long time ago. It’d be fun to go back and see more. Have a fabulous day!
