Chats on the Farmhouse Porch 76 January 15, 2013 1. What was your favorite game as a child? I played the occasional catch and hopscotch at school. 2. Have you ever had your own business? (home business, a shop, Etsy, lemon-aid stand, etc) I sold miscellaneous stuff such as handmade fashion jewelry and cookies for fun. 3. How’s your spelling? Hate to say it but I’m something of a spelling nazi. 4. How are you about going to the dentist? I grip the chair till my knuckles turn white. But for the sake of my kids, I have to put on a brave front. 5. Do you enjoy board games? I love scrabble. Monopoly is okay too but I don’t have the patience for it especially when everyone starts buying property 🙄 . I know what you mean about Monopoly, fun to play but it takes too long and can get boring! Have a great day. Madonna January 16, 2013 at 5:07 am my board game answer was almost the exact opposite. I think scrabble takes more patience. Of course that could be because everyone thinks too long. I forgot all about playing hopscotch as a child. Clairity January 16, 2013 at 9:52 am With scrabble, there’s at least an end in sight when all the letters get used up. But with monopoly, it could go on forever 😆 . patrice January 16, 2013 at 5:29 am I have had white knuckles more times than I want to admit when going to the dentist. Spelling is fun and someone has to look out for all those wonderful letters in the alphabet! Arlene January 17, 2013 at 4:13 am I love Scrabble too! And Parchessi. And Trivial Pursuit. Oh, and Clue! I could play board games for hours!
