breakfast, lunch and dinner

Ah, I just had this for breakfast and lunch today. I brewed a huge big pot of soup and we had this for lunch and dinner yesterday. Thank goodness there’s leftover for today as well, bwahaha! One bowl is never enough. If you read my pancake post, you know my food philosophy is, more is better 😉 .
This is my homemade kuay teow soup, or flat rice noodle in clear soup. Just the way I like it with home-brewed chicken soup and heaps of different types of fishballs, shredded Chinese lettuce, chopped parsley and spring onions, lit up with a fiery combination of fresh red chillies and bird’s eye chillies in soy sauce. Heaven!
