a great workout for the jaw

Well, I made it to the gym today which means I’m feeling none the worst for my fall. Yep, the swelling on my knees is all but gone and I’m beginning to feel like I’m getting my wrist back.

I didn’t do any strenuous workouts at the gym, simply because I don’t want to aggravate those areas just when they’re beginning to heal. So I just stuck to exercising my jaw by walking and chatting with all my gym buddies instead 😆 .
