learn new CPR in 2 minutes
Did you read the news story about Kathie Harden, a 33-year-old elementary school teacher and mom of two in Arizona, who suddenly went into cardiac arrest and was miraculously revived after being dead for 18 minutes?
And then there was the similar case of 22-year-old Christopher Brooks of Pennsylvania whose heart had stopped for more than 20 minutes before he was revived and survived without brain damage.
Amazing is all I can say and thanks to this new CPR method which does not involve mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. According to CNN, in the time this new CPR procedure has been implemented in Arizona, the survival rate of people who would otherwise have died, has tripled.
So yeah, this is definitely good to know. I’m posting the video here of how this new CPR is done. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. I hope you’ll spend a couple of minutes viewing this video as I believe it’s something we all need to know. It could come in handy, it could save the life of someone you love.
