Like it was yesterday . I was this high, completely clueless but fearless.
2. Do you decorate for the different seasons? If so, have you decorated for fall yet?
No seasons here so there’s no need to do anything . But even when I was living in Cali, I never actually did much decorating. My roommate and I kept our apartment sparse so there would be less cleaning to do . These days, you would call it minimalistic. We were definitely ahead of our time, bwahaha.
3. What food do you associate with fall?
From the time I lived in Cali, I’ve always associated fall with homemade pot roast, pies from Marie Callendar’s and the whole Thanksgiving bit.
4. Do you order books online, buy books in a bookstore, download books to a device, or frequent the library? If not interested in books, how do you get your music?
Most of the stuff I read now is on the internet. In our household, we only buy books during book sales. None of us have an iPad or e-reader so no, we don’t download books.
5. When was the last time you realized that you had just been talking to someone really special?
Recently I ran into a Buddhist nun at a local temple who has known me since I was a kid. I haven’t seen her in years but she still recognizes me. As I introduced her to my kids and we caught up a little bit, she had a few words of wisdom for my kids. After our little chat, I think we all felt a certain calm descend upon us as those words of wisdom sank in.
Thanks, Patrice, have a great week, everyone and thanks for commenting *blows kisses*.
