Steev hasn’t been in a good mood since his class projects started this week. And I don’t blame him. There’s nothing worse than having team members who don’t carry their weight. The majority of our college kids are severely handicapped when it comes to the English language. Then there’s also their bad attitude of taking the easiest way out.

On team projects, they leech onto the better students and get them to do all the hard work while they slack and wait to reap the good grade from someone else’s efforts. I tell Steev that’s the reality of it.

Maybe he’s better off taking a course at an online university where he’ll be working solo most of the time. Capella University is well-recognized and has lots of courses he can choose from.
