Trust the kids to do their homework when it comes to pop stars and celebs that they’re crazy about. Just when I thought the craze over the Backstreet Boys had died down, Raine and Skye now tell me that we “must” go to Orlando, Florida to see the Boys in person.

In person?? Whoa, sez who? The girls gave me a list of Orlando Hotels they think will be cool to stay in while we ‘visit’ with the Backstreet Boys and get their autographs and have our photos taken with them.

It’s refreshing listening to all their well-thought-out plans. I love how simple they make everything out to be with nary a thought for money or any of the things we adults worry about. The only thing that’s simple, to me, is going online to OrlandoHotels.com and getting all the information I need to book a hotel there.

But they think they can simply walk up to a celeb, slap them on the back and be their friend. Well, maybe they can. Or is it that we tend to make things out to be harder than they really are. I don’t know .
