While Steev is already in college, many of his friends are still trying to decide where to go from here. Coming to these crossroads, kids are confused and undecided as to what career path to follow.

I found out that some of Steev’s friends are working as promoters in retail stores. Although construction is not a preferred vocation here, I wouldn’t be surprised if some may finally end up there if say, their parents are in this line of work, for instance.

What are the career development options and training courses available for these kids? What’s really key is finding out as much information as possible at sites like CSkills (a partner of the sector skills council for construction) before coming to a decision.

At this point, many kids are understandably clueless and any advice from experienced adults really helps push them in the right direction. I believe kids shouldn’t miss out on getting an education no matter where they eventually hope to be.
