lose that weight
I exercise a lot… well, a lot more than most folks I know. My objective is to build muscle tone, not to lose weight because I’m not fat to start with.
I think exercise is the best way to lose weight but it can be really hard to get started and to work it consistently into your daily regime. But I think you should try before you consider other means of losing weight.
However, if your weight becomes a health hazard to you, then you may have to resort to weight loss surgery to shed the weight more rapidly. Journey Lite offers the lapband which is considered the least invasive procedure for weight loss.
But hey, did you know you can start a simple exercise routine of less than an hour a day? If you can take an hour’s lunch break, surely you can spend 40 minutes exercising. Come on, I know you can do it
